Labor achievements are being made in all areas of life in our country. The success of national development largely depends on the full modernization of the production base, the introduction of advanced technologies, and the correct selection of economic development strategies. The acceleration of economic growth is primarily based on the talents, abilities, and knowledge of student youth — the future of our country. To promote entrepreneurship among young people and to encourage innovative projects, a joint “Agro-startup” platform was established by the International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annayev and the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov. On July 8, 2025, an online seminar titled “Structure of a Business Plan” was held within the framework of the “Agro-startup” platform with the participation of teachers and students from the International Horse Breeding Academy named after Aba Annayev and the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov.
The seminar included in-depth presentations on how to develop business plans, legally formalize startups, protect intellectual property, conduct marketing and sales activities, and foster entrepreneurial culture among youth.
