The concepts of “Motherland,” “Youth,” and “Future” acquire a unique meaning and significance in the era of the Revival of the New epoch of the powerful State. With firm initiatives and high goals, our beloved Turkmenistan is moving forward towards a bright future and becoming the homeland of a happy youth. All opportunities are being provided for us, the youth—who follow the life path of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and take the great initiatives of Arkadagly Hero Serdar as our guide—to grow into fully developed, broad-minded, physically strong, spiritually healthy, and accomplished individuals.
Today, on this glorious historic day—the International Year of “Peace and Trust,” celebrated with great pride on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, the unbreakable pillar of our statehood—I consider myself the happiest child of this land for being honored with the title of laureate of the Youth Award of Turkmenistan, established by the Magtymguly Youth Organization.
I firmly believe that I will make a worthy contribution by making full use of the broad opportunities provided by our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, gaining complete knowledge in my chosen field, studying diligently, and promoting the glory of the Akhalteke horses—the soaring wings of Turkmen pride, companions of the heart, and unsurpassed examples of beauty. I will increase the number of purebred horses, develop equestrian art and sports, and bring our horses to international recognition through my skill and effort.
Living, studying, and working creatively in the city of Arkadag—the birthplace of the Akhalteke horses and a city recognized as the youth capital—is a great happiness for us. Every initiative, every meaningful life path of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who accomplish tremendous tasks for the bright future of our generations, show the great example of love for the Homeland, and have earned a permanent place in the hearts of youth, serves today as a university of life for us, the fortunate youth moving forward.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who elevated the dignity of us youth to great heights and paved the way for our bright future. I sincerely wish to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar long life, health, and continued success in all their state endeavors!
