Within the framework of the “Agro-startup” platform, jointly established by the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev and the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, consistent work is being done to encourage young entrepreneurs’ aspirations for development, to support their initiatives, and to prepare them for future activities. On September 25, 2025, at the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding and the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, a competition was held titled “Young Ideas – the Key to Growth” within the framework of the “Agro-startup” platform, aimed at fostering innovative thinking among students, encouraging the creation of startup projects, promoting entrepreneurship success, developing market strategies, strengthening financial literacy, enhancing entrepreneurial skills, and building cooperation among youth. The competition involved students presenting their startup projects, aimed at producing and implementing their ideas, creating new services, and offering their distinguishing features, market strategies, and competitiveness, as well as expanding the scope of entrepreneurial initiatives. Members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and representatives of the Arkadag City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs participated in the competition, provided useful consultations, and gave valuable advice to the students.
The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas on behalf of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev, and received commemorative gifts from the Arkadag City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
