The city of Arkadag, which was built in the beautiful corner of Kopetdag under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, during the Revival of the new era of powerful state, is a wonderful page in the history of the independence era. Calling this year 2025 the "International Year of Peace and Trust" has also increased the pride of our people. The content of the slogan of our Esteemed President "the Motherland is only a country with its people, the State is only with its people" is summed up in the meaning of concepts such as peace and trust and unity. This slogan raises the well-being of our people and the strength of our country.
In our country, the dignity of our dear mothers, our women who are the face of our population, is held in high esteem. The comments of the women have always been a theme in languages. Woman is the beauty of the world. Because a woman is a mother, a woman is a loving sister, a wife is a spouse who keeps the heart warm with her devotion. Many such women have made their worthy contribution to world science in Turkmen history and today.
Based on this point of view, in order to highlight the contribution of women to science at the International horse breeding academy named after Aba Annayev, we held a scientific-practical conference under the title "The limitless power of women scientists from knowledge to science, from wisdom to development" in the organization of the UNESCO club "Akhalteke horses – envoys of peace" of the International horse breeding academy named after Aba Annayev.
Magic art and the dynamic dance of our heavenly horses and the presence of our women among our companions from the west in the sky today is a proud expression of this wonderful modern teaching. We would like to point out that the skills of our women, who left a mark in the history of Turkmen literary heritage of Agayunus, Burla Khat, Tumar Shan, Altynjan Khat, in taming reed horses are a great force that motivated these women. On this day, we have great respect for our beloved Turkmen women who have been awarded Hero of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, People's Artist, People's Writer, and many other titles. We are extremely proud of our Turkmen women, who work tirelessly and are among the first in the country, no matter what they do.
The noble and responsible work of women in Turkmenistan is highly valued. We express our deep grattitude to the National Leader of Turkmen People our Hero Arkadag and to our Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar and we wish to our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar sound health, long life and prosperity.
