To preserve and study the national cultural heritage, and to promote the contribution of the Turkmen people to the formation of world culture, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Hero Arkadag, and our Honorable President Arkadag Serdar, to continuously develop traditional relations with the United Nations Organization for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Affairs always emphasizes its importance.

To carry out these activities more effectively, to preserve the breeding purity of Ahalteke horses, which is the national pride of the Turkmen people, and to increase the number of them, the International Horse breeding Academy named after Aba Annaev, which is an educational center that prepares high-level specialists in this field on an integrated and scientific basis, has big tasks. Our Hero Arkadag: "Works to recognize the values of the intangible cultural heritage of our people at the international level should be continued. Cooperation with the United Nations Organization for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Affairs (UNESCO) should be developed", based on the agreement of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Secretariat of the National Committee of Turkmenistan, a UNESCO Club called "Ahalteke Horses-Ambassador of Peace" was established at the International Horse breeding Academy named after Aba Annaev.

This club is an association of students and teachers of the academy who follow and are interested in the great goals of UNESCO. A special room was prepared for the club on the 1st floor of the library and museum building of the International Horse breeding Academy named after Aba Annaev. In this room, there are wonderful books that have written from the perfect wisdom of our Hero Arkadag, who is a great guide to us in every field, information about our values included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List, documents related to Turkmenistan-UNESCO international cooperation and activities of UNESCO. The main objectives of the UNESCO Club "Ahalteke Horses-Ambassadors of Peace" are to promote the strengthening of peace and security by expanding the cooperation of nations in the fields of education, science and culture in order to ensure justice and universal respect for human rights.
