During the Revival of the new era of Powerful State under the reasonable leadership of our Esteemed President, our independent and neutral state of Turkmenistan is moving forward with confident steps considering the high rate of development. In our modern age, science and education are considered to be one of the most important areas of social policy. In our new historical era, our Esteemed President instructed educational reforms to create a perfect educational base, to train highly qualified employees and specialists for various sectors of the national economy, and to improve the quality of education. During the Revival of the new era of Powerful State, the main concern of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar is that the young generation will become true patriots, humanitarians, morals, broad-minded and honest people. We strongly believe that the young people who are scientifically-educated and goal-oriented will prove that they are real sons and daughters of the Fatherland with their studies, knowledge, and hard work. National Leader of the Turkmen People's Hero Arkadag emphasized that great things are done with the great efforts of young people to get science and education: “Young people should always strive for perfection. Because maturity is the highest level for youth. Tireless hard work, knowledge to be improved and skills to be mastered are the milestones on the way of self-improvement of the youth.”
Humanity's priceless wealth is concentrated in science. Based on this point of view, the Council of Young Scientists operates at the International horse breeding academy named after Aba Annaev in order to encourage young students to study science and improve their creative skills. Young students are preparing to participate in the scientific work conducted under the guidance of mentors for the national youth scientific work competition, as well as scientific-creative contests organized by public organizations among higher education institutions and open international Internet scientific competitions.
